I led the storytelling and creative brainstorming, and was responsible for filming and editing the video, shaping the narrative from concept to final cut to translate complex Imagineering work into a clear, engaging visual story.
The total people behind series include 8 episodes, starting with audio-animatronicthen figure finising, crafting, trackingless riding system, music, cast membersand end with the live shows in the themed land.

EP1: Behind-the-scenes film on Audio-Animatronics in Shanghai Disneyland’s Zootopia Land, directed, shot, and edited by me to reveal how character technology and storytelling shaped the experience.
EP2: A visual narrative on the styling and creation of Zootopia animatronics at Shanghai Disney Resort, developed through story, filming, and editing to showcase how character design and mechanical craft brought beloved figures into reality. I handled storytelling, concept direction, filming, and editing for this piece.

I led the storytelling and creative direction, and edited the footage into a cohesive narrative that reveals how spectacle, choreography, and seasonal design come together to create a magical guest experience.

A launch video documenting the opening of Donald’s Dine n’ Delights in Disneytown at Shanghai Disney Resort. I led the storytelling and creative direction, filmed key moments of the reveal, and edited the footage into a documentary video that showcases the design details, guest experience, and brand energy of the new dining concept.
